The Congress has negotiated special reduced rates at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square at 1535 Broadway. This is a very busy time of year in New York, so we recommend that you make your reservations early to ensure availability at the hotel.

Check-in/Check-out
Check–in time for all Hotel Guests is 4:00 pm. Participants may be checked in earlier depending on the occupancy level and availability of “ready” rooms. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.
 

Guaranteed Reservations
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit guaranteed with a major credit card.


Taxes
Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in. Maximum of three people per room.


Arrivals
Breakfast will be served beginning at 6:30 a.m. on Monday, September 15th, with the program starting promptly at 7:30 a.m.


Departures
The Congress is expected to finish around 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 2008. Please plan your departing flight after 8:30 pm to allow for transit time as well as to comply with the airline’s recommendation of arriving 2 hours prior to your scheduled flight time.

New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) is 15 miles away

Traffic in/around New York City can be substantial. Please consider this when booking your flights.
